These black frames were purchased from Ikea for my BFA Photography project in 2009. The frame is 16.75"x12.75" and the picture area is 15.25"x11.25". I have mattes in all the frames that you can have if you want, they're for 5" square pictures and are an off-white color. They have wire in the back ready to be hung. There are 4 in this size available. They can be purchased for $10 each or $30 for all 4.
